🎣 Returns and Refund Policy for Fishmen Tackle store

We are committed to providing the highest quality fishing tackle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 14 Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be unused (this is particularly important for reels, rods, and lures—if a lure has been tied on or a reel spooled, it is considered used).

• It must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, manuals, and protective wrapping.  

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

• Line & Leader Material: Spooled or cut fishing line and leader material cannot be returned once opened, as the integrity of the line may be compromised.

• Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

• Gift Cards.

3. Damages and Defects (Warranty)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Manufacturer Defects: For fishing rods, reels, and specialized electronics (e.g., fish finders), returns or replacements due to failure after use are often covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is [State clearly: the responsibility of the customer / or covered by us if the return is due to our error].
