🚚 Shipping Policy for Fishmen Tackle Store
Our goal is to get your new fishing tackle to you as quickly and safely as possible!
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within1-3Â business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Ist will be considered placed on the following business day.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code.

Note on Rods and Bulky Items: Due to the length and delicate nature of fishing rods, special handling charges may apply for packaging and shipping. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) -Â
- We offer COD facility for selected PIN codes up to a maximum amount of ₹2500.
- An additional handling fee of ₹50 may be charged for COD, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Important: If a package is rejected at the time of delivery, future COD orders may be declined.
4. Free Shipping (Optional)
- We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders above Order Value of ₹5000.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can track your order on the website of the courier partner [e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart].
6. Damages and Delays
- Damages: If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product, and contact us immediately at [Your Store Email Address]. We will assist you in filing a claim and sending a replacement.
- Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather, natural calamities, or local restrictions). In such situations, we will keep you informed.
